each morning I get up and spend at least 20 minutes meditating

 

20 minutes to transform my life

 

20 minutes give me a sense of peace and a beautiful start to the day

 

20 minutes  remind me of how precious every minute is

 

20 minutes ground me in reality

 

the paradox of meditation – that by going inwards you can go outwards into the world with equanimity and peace and joy and love
